What is an XAPK file?

An XAPK is a ZIP archive that contains a regular APK plus extra data, such as OBB files or split APKs. Large games use it because the store would otherwise download that data separately.

How to install an XAPK

  1. Download the .xapk file.
  2. Rename it to .zip and extract it with a file manager.
  3. Install the APK inside the folder.
  4. If there is an Android/obb folder, copy it to the same path on your internal storage.
  5. Open the game.

Split APKs (APKS, APKM)

Split APK bundles need an installer such as SAI (Split APKs Installer). Open the bundle with the installer and select all parts.
